Hi. My name is Mike.
Every company has large topics which are important and complex, but (seemingly) never urgent enough for significant resources. These are missed opportunities to make structural improvements to your business.
I move these projects forward in an experienced, results-oriented and cost-effective manner.
In 1990, I started my first role in analytics at Unilever. Since then, I was CFO Asia for 2 multinational companies for a total of 10 years, was Managing Director of a multinational in Southeast Asia for 7 years, and I was Director of Global Purchasing with a direct and indirect spend of US$1bn for 3 years.
In 2020 at the age of 53, after spending the last 23 years in Asia, I decided to move to Portugal and work remotely with customers on projects where I add measurable business value.
